1. How the service works

AdRank offers a single advertising slot. Payment = an attempt to claim the slot. Display is not guaranteed until moderation is complete.

2. Prohibited content

You may not submit:

• Illegal content
• Adult (18+) content
• Scams or misleading advertising
• Malware
• Content that infringes third-party rights

The admin may reject any submission at their discretion.

3. Moderation and refunds

• Payment happens before moderation
• Rejection during moderation = full automatic refund
• Rule violations after approval = removal without refund

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, or commercial results. Advertisers are responsible for their links and claims.

5. Limitation of liability

AdRank is not liable for damages arising from advertiser actions or the content of their destinations.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
